Pink-white capsule pills spread out of drug bottle. Antipsychotic drug. Capsule medicine for treatment depression. Anti-anxiety drug. Global healthcare. Pharmacy background. Pharmaceutical industry.

They became more widely used in the 50s and 60s after Valium gained in popularity with housewives.  Well, at least it was prescribed more for housewives.  I can’t really say they were popular.  Anti-anxiety drugs may be seen as something to ‘just help you relax’, but should never be taken lightly.  In this episode Dr. Nedd will discuss:

  • The seriously dangerous side effects that come from these medications.
