Last week we covered the factors that contribute to the internal and external manifestations of aging.  This week we continue with Part 2 of the Longevity Paradox series and cover Dr. Gundry’s recommendations that can help you live a longer and healthier life.   In this episode we will cover:

  • Dietary factors that you can control which contribute to the issues of aging.  What to eat and not to eat.
  • Why exercise is vital and what is the best type of exercise.  Dr. Nedd’s brother shares his fascinating results doing this type of exercise after turning 60 last year.

One of the most commonly used chemicals to control the weeds that affect our food crops is Glyphosate.  Originally in just the product known as RoundUp, it’s now in many, many weed killers used on farms.  It gained prominence because of its effectiveness but there is another side that’s concerning.  Very concerning.  Because it has some very negative effects on the body and your health.   In this episode Dr. Nedd will discuss:

  • Why there was a need for a chemical like glyphosate and what it actually does.
  • What health problems it has been linked to.
  • How to avoid it, as best you can.

Infants and young children have different nutritional needs from older childer or adults.  It’s important to understand what they need and why, so you don’t make the mistakes most parents make.  Properly fed children will be less susceptible to chronic health problems in later life and will also be less likely to have behavioral issues in school.   In this episode Dr. Nedd will discuss:

  • The nutritional requirements during the first 6 months, 12 months, 2 years and beyond.
  • Why too much starch and not enough protein in their diet will cause noticeable problems for children.
  • Is milk necessary?  What type and when?
  • Should infants and children be given nutritional supplements?
